Who are Australia's top creatives?

By AdNews | 18 May 2017

UPDATE: Entry extended until 4 pm Monday 5 June.

AdNews is celebrating the best in creativity with a new initiative that recognises the top creative talent in Australia. Entries and nominations are open now.

The list is open to anyone in the creative profession - and isn’t limited by job title. If you can demonstrate your creative zeal, achievements and thinking, you’re in with a chance on the list.

And, it’s free to enter

Please submit a 500 (max) word personal statement that outlines your creative exploits, experience and your greatest success. You should also outline your interpretation of what creativity is and how you express it.

Please include links to examples of your greatest creative work. (Five maximum). This can be in the form of articles, creds reels, case studies, or the work itself.

You should also provide a 200 (max) word reference from a client, peer or employer, that backs up your entry. And all entries must be accompanied by a high res photo of the entrant.

There will also be an open nomination that allows people to nominate candidates they feel should be considered. You can nominate someone below via the survey. If you include their contact details, AdNews will invite them to submit an entry.

The list will be compiled editorially, based on the entries and nominations, with input from a panel of industry experts deciding on the final list.

The final list will be compiled based on:

  • Achievements, experience and successes.
  • Creative nous and creative ideas demonstrated
  • Innovative thinking and originality
  • Accolades and awards won - both internal and industry programmes considered.
  • Understanding of how to connect brands with consumers through creativity

PLEASE SEND YOUR SUBMISSION TO Creativity@adnews.com.au

Open nominations open until May 25.
Submissions accepted until 1 June.
The final list will be published in the July issue of AdNews.

*Please note that by submitting your entry you give permission for some or all of the contents to be published by AdNews in the context of this initiative.
