The White Agency hires ex-M&C Saatchi and DAN senior talent

The White Agency has bolstered its ranks with a number of key hires and people moves, including Dan Ludlow as senior account director and Rebecca Merrifield as executive producer. Merrifield joins from a role at Digital Arts Network and Ludlow joins from a role as senior account director at M&C Saatchi.

In addition, White has made a number of internal promotions including Grant Flannery who has moved to associate strategy director, Isabel Matias to senior art director and Philippa White to program director.

The White Agency MD Andrew Davenport said: “Over the past few years, The White Agency has worked extra hard to ensure our culture is truly team oriented, concentrates on the sum of us and is as egoless as is possible.”

“That is why we are delighted to be able to recognise and reward people from within the organisation for their commitment and talent, as well as attract great new talent from the industry.

In addition, two of staff members from White have been accepted into Award School 2015. Verity Smith and Ellie Bennett have been selected to attend, based on a portfolio of work they submitted in response to five briefs.

Samantha Wills announced as the face of Yellowglen

Australian sparkling wine Yellowglen as announced that New York-based jewellery designer Samantha Wills has been appointed as creative director and the face of the brand.

In her debut in the role, Wills has designed a limited edition bottle, available nationally from late March this year. She will also feature in the supporting creative campaign, bringing back Yellowglen's brand signature from 2000 to 2010, the “bubbly girl.”

Outbrain makes deal with ESPN

Content discovery platform, Outbrain, has tied up with ESPN to deliver sponsored content recommendation to its users around the globe, including Australia.

The deal will include its flagship website ESPN.com, mobile apps and ESPN.com.au
