Dentsu's day out

If you're having a bit of trouble getting hold of the folks at DentsuAegis today, it's because they're out and about doing their bit for charity.

Each year the group regionally launches the 'One Day for Change', with staff in each country urged to volunteer for a good cause.

Locally, DenstuAegis staff in Australia and New Zealand will be supporting over 30 different charities. Last year, DenstuAegis ANZ donated over 4000 hours of staff time conducting charity work from free strategic consulting to sorting out clothing for the homeless.

Rug up, the CEO Sleep Out is coming

The Vinnies CEO Sleep Out at Luna Park is fast-approaching, and Brandscreen's new CEO Robert Manning is one of those hardy souls taking part.

As he only became CEO recently, this is the first year he's been able to take part and he's urging other CEOs to follow his lead.

“Those who can help should help and those who need help should receive help. Simple words but strong ethos to live by,” Manning said.

The event is aiming to raise $10 million this year, having raised $24 million for Vinnies homeless services over the previous ten years.
