The Block tops Sunday; 60 Minutes Paris interview sees viewer boost

Nine's The Block has topped Sunday night viewing, but 60 Minutes gets a viewer boost after showing an interview with the Australian teenager shot in the Paris attacks.

The Block was the most watched program of the night, with 1.2 million viewers. 60 Minutes was the third most watched show with 1.16 million viewers tuning in to see an interview with Australian, Emma Parkinson, who was in the Bataclan Theatre during the Paris terror attack.

Seven's Beach Cops was the seventh most watched show of the night with 753,000 viewers followed by Nine's showing of Adele – Live in London, the singer's first television appearance since performing Skyfall at the 2013 Oscars.

By demographic, The Block topped the major age brackets of 16-39, 18-49 and 25-54.

Nine won the night with a 32.2% audience share followed by Seven with 30.0%. Ten picked up 16.7% audience share while ABC had 14.8% audience share and SBS on 6.4% audience share.
