Ten’s The Bachelor Australia finishes with over 800,000 metro viewers

The latest season of Ten’s The Bachelor Australia has wrapped up with more than 800,000 metro viewers.

The reality dating show launched in August to a metro audience of 681,000 viewers for total people, according to OzTam numbers.

Last night’s finale, which saw Irena Srbinovska picked by bachelor Locky Gilbert, aired in two parts.

The Final Decision segment attracted 879,000 metro viewers for total people and the Grand Finale segment attracted 694,000 metro viewers.

For regional audiences, the Final Decision pulled in 232,000 viewers, taking the segment to 1.11 million national viewers. Meanwhile the Grand Finale attracted 179,000 regional viewers, taking its national audience to 874,000.

For key demographics, The Final Decision attracted 473,000 metro viewers in the 18-49 age group and 487,000 in the 25-54 age group. Meanwhile, the Grand Finale segment attracted 372,000 metro viewers in the 18-49 age group and 379,000 metro viewers in the 25-54 age group.

The Bachelor’s Grand Finale was followed by Ten’s Gogglebox in ratings, which attracted 654,000 metro viewers.
