Taxi ad company Adflow acquired by Covertrue Group

Taxi advertising company Adflow says it has been acquired by the Covertrue Group, which incorporates fleet branding company Liberty Signs.

The commercial details of the deal haven't been revealed. 

David Cross, CEO of Covertrue Group, says Adflow perfectly fits his company's expertise and passion for exceptional vehicle branding and communication.

The strategic acquisition also great synergy for both the advertising and fleet branding businesses allowing for greater efficiencies while offering advertisers a value-for-money solution to build brand equity and reach a commuter audience.

General manager for Adflow Luke O’Connor: “Highly cost effective vehicle advertising such as taxi backs and vehicle wraps represents an essential part of the out-of-home sector and act as a great attention multiplier for brands or campaigns. This acquisition will streamline production times and create a larger national footprint for advertisers.”

As part of the sale agreement Adflow has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with Black and White cabs.

“We are committed to rolling out our audience strategy with the help of Black and White Cabs," says O’Connor.

"We will soon be launching a sophisticated audience strategy merging vehicle location data with audience metrics."
