Swift Media’s health and wellbeing business (formally Medical Media) is partnering with specialised healthcare content provider Inside Practice.

Inside Practice is taking on sales and marketing for Swift’s medical practitioner network called Connect.

Swift Connect is a network of practitioner-facing digital displays in more than 550 premium medical centres across Australia, delivering product information to 5,000 healthcare professionals nationally.

The platform is used for new product launches, product advancements, as well as geo-targeting specific locations and communities.

The partnership with Inside Practice is an exclusive 12-month media sales agreement with an option for extension.

Inside Practice will assume responsibility for Connect’s market presence, including a brand relaunch and new sales interface with media agencies and direct clients. Swift will retain ownership of the Connect network and maintain its operations.

The latest partnership follows the announcement in June this year of Swift’s agreement with Motio whereby Motio took on Swift’s national agency and programmatic sales rights for its 1,400 patient facing screen network.

“Continuing in the direction of our relationship with Motio, Swift is looking for specialist business partners who can maximise value and revenue of our products, while we focus on core business initiatives,” says Swift CEO Pippa Leary.

“Inside Practice is set up for this purpose in reaching the medical practitioner audience.”

Dr Philip Mitchell, content director, Inside Practice Australia: "Inside Practice is thrilled to be able to further increase the support we provide to Australian General Practice in advancing knowledge for those in the front-line of patient care. The Connect network complements our own existing GP and peer-to-peer Practice engagement programs, to provide new targeted options at some of Australia's busiest GP clinics."
