QMS Media has appointed former chief sales officer John O’Neill as CEO as part of a wider restructure of its senior management.

QMS floated on the ASX in 2015 and has since enjoyed rapid growth.

O’Neill has more than 20 years’ experience in the outdoor media industry with stints at Eye Corp, Media Puzzle and Ooh! Media before joining QMS.

Nathan Sable, currently managing director of QMS’ production company Omnigraphics, will become CEO of QMS Production.

Both will report to group CEO Barclay Nettlefold, who will oversee the group’s strategic direction.

Nettlefold said: “I am really excited about the future direction of the QMS Media Group and the calibre of people that we have within the team. These changes are a reflection of the incredible talent that we have at QMS, and the outstanding contribution made by John and Nathan in the development of the Australian media and production businesses.

“Their appointments will enable me to focus on the exciting growth opportunities that lie ahead for the QMS Media Group both locally in Australia as well as internationally.”
