Australia has only two campaigns on the shortlist for the Product Design Lions, with Leo Burnett Sydney and M&C Saatchi in the running for a gong.
Leo Burnett Sydney’s Just campaign for WWF, which has been shortlisted in several categories this year, has been named in the Promotional and Bespoke items category.
Meanwhile M&C Saatchi's Clever Buoy campaign for Optus has been shortlisted in the Well-Being and Environmental Impact category. Clever Buoy has already won a Gold and a Silver Lion in PR, two Bronze Lions in Media, and a Gold Lion in Mobile.
Both campaigns go head to head with some big international hitters including DDB China's Clean Air in a Box campaign for Volkswagen and Grey London's Lifepaint for Volvo which has so far won the Promotion and Activation Grand Prix.
