Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotion Authority
Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotion Authority (PNGTPA), the statutory body wholly funded by the Government of Papua New Guinea to promote PNG as a desirable travel destination, has appointed Example to represent the country within the Australian and New Zealand markets, following a competitive pitch process. Sydney-based communications agency Example will handle all public relations, trade relations and marketing for the PNGTPA, with a focus on driving increased visitation from Australia and New Zealand.

Metagenics
WPP-owned full-service agency Ikon has won the media account for natural medicines business Metagenics, with the account to be managed out of its Brisbane office. Ikon takes responsibility for media strategy, planning, buying and implementation for Metagenics across the Australian and New Zealand markets. Ikon has been tasked with providing "innovative business solutions" for Metagenics brands in an increasingly competitive and cluttered vitamin and supplement market. The agency will also provide specialist capabilities including data management, CRM and performance media channels to its remit.

Alt/Shift will manage the brand’s consumer launch and ongoing program following a competitive pitch process. It will be responsible for the strategy and creative ideation throughout the launch phase and beyond to build momentum awareness of the brand in the local market.
