It’s hard to keep track of the account wins and losses across the industry. To help you keep on top of who has what, here’s a wrap of the pitches from the week.

BankVic
Enterprise digital and conversational experience agency VERSA has been appointed by BankVic to transform the bank’s fragmented user experience into a member-centric digital experience. The scope of work includes research and strategy, data and analytics, user research, stakeholder engagement, SEO strategy, CX strategy, UX and UI design, solution and technical design, development, architecture setup and hosting, and ongoing support and continuous improvement. VERSA, in collaboration with BankVic, will be designing and developing a platform that offers a unified customer journey from discovery, through to purchase, and ongoing member banking needs.

L’Oréal
Cosmetics giant L’Oréal has appointed communications agency Magnum & Co as its influencer agency of record for the group's consumer products division, following competitive three-way pitch. The agency has been tasked with building social media communities via its bespoke influencer marketing platform, Magnetic. Products that will be the focus of influencer partnerships include Garnier Micellar Water, L’Oréal Paris Revitalift and Maybelline Great Lash Mascara. Magnum & Co will also support all new product launches in 2020.

Sling & Stone
PR agency Sling & Stone has expanded its healthcare portfolio, adding six new clients since the start of 2020. New clients include HealthMatch, InstantScripts, Prospection, Swoop Aero, NurseFly and Cortical Labs. Healthtech has an incredibly important role to play in the current climate and these six new clients join Sling & Stone’s growing stable of challengers, disrupters and innovators shaping the future.
