Pacific Brands $16 million media account in play

Pacific Brands, owner of brands including Bonds, Clarks, Berlei, Holeproof and Superdry, is pitching its main media account.

The business, worth around $16m in main media spend according to Nielsen figures for calendar year 2013 is held by MediaCom in Melbourne.

MediaCom held off challenges from agencies including Ikon, Mitchell & Partners, OMD and ZenithOptimedia when the account was last pitched in 2010.

The pitch is being led by internal procurement.
