Orchard hires Imagination's Lyndon Hale as new ECD

Independent creative agency Orchard has hired Lyndon Hale as its new executive creative director, as it looks to boost its creative ranks.

Hale has more than 26 years experience in the industry, and joins Orchard from a role as creative director for Imagination, where he worked with clients including Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, MCA and City of Sydney.

His previous experience includes executive creative director roles as Bullseye, Amnesia Razorfish, Tongue and RMG Connect in London.

Orchard managing partner Wai Kwok said Hale's “deep background” in technology and integration was the experience the agency was looking for.

“As one of the largest independents in Australia we have a very clear charter on how the agency is continuing to grow in the creative technology space,” Kwok said.

“A big part of this is attracting the right type of talent to deliver on this and Lyndon fits the bill.”
