Optus has named its current head of customer, Vicki Brady, as its new managing director of marketing and product, as part of a larger management reshuffle.

Under the changes, Optus will have three managing directors with “end-to-end” ownership of planning, execution and customer experience.

Brady's role will see her bring together product and service as well as brand marketing, to unite everything from product development to go-to market execution.

Meanwhile current MD of sales, Rohan Ganeson, has been MD of director customer to unite sales, service and digital under one team for a seamless experience across customer touch points.

Current MD of wholesale and satellite, Rob Parcell, has been appointed MD of wholesale, satellite and small and medium business to ensure all of the company’s business-to-business activity is aligned under a single team.

As part of the changes, CMO Sue Bailey will now focus on Optus's three year transformation to consolidate and streamline customer systems.

Optus said the changes are part of its drive to deliver a more “seamless and consistent customer experience.”
