Nova Entertainment has made three key internal appointments as it looks to further integrate between programming and sales.

As part of the changes, Nova has internally promoted Brendan Taylor, former program director of Nova 96.9, to the newly created role of group program operations director. In his new role Taylor will be work between the programming and sales teams and oversee network output, talent development and strategic partnerships.

Taylor joined Nova in 2008 as Nova 100's assistant program director, and has more than 18 years' media experience.

In another staffing reshuffle, Shaun Heron will move from integration and marketing director into the role of Nova 96.6 program director. He has worked with the company since 2011 and has experience across programming, integration and marketing.

In addition, Carlie Millican will move into Heron's former role. She has worked at Nova for the past nine years and was previously integration and marketing manager.

All three will start their new roles in January 2015.
