NZ Herald relaunches website
The website for the NZ Herald and its website has been relaunched, and now features a new homepage as well as a new navigation menu. A new tool also allows users to filter content to suit their own interests, while opinion pieces and debate forums have been given greater prominence.

Crossmark scores new clients
Retail marketing company Crossmark has boosted its client portfolio with five new client wins across the pharmacy and grocery sectors. Crossmark will manage the ongoing sales representation within pharmacy for Valeant Pharmaceuticals cough and cold products; Hagemeyer brand Polaroid; Surf Life Saving Australia’s new sunscreen range; Vitacea’s new range of Vitamints and OzDent brand TePe.

MIA appoints CEO
Mobile advertising and software developer MIA has appointed Martin Ryan as its new global chief executive, with the aim of continuing the company's global growth. Prior to joining MIA, Ryan was managing director of Dell KACE Networks. He replaces Richard Mergler, who has moved to MIA's New York office.

Eurobest launches academy with Draftfcb
The organisers of Eurobest, the European advertising festival and awards, have announced the launch of The Eurobest Academy, which has been set up in partnership with Draftfcb. The Academy will be run by Clive Challis, who is the head of the advertising course at Central Saint Martins in London, and will provide 19 students from across Europe the chance to win an internship at Draftfcb.
