Another AOL exec joins The Trade Desk

Demand side platform The Trade Desk has hired AOL's Stephanie Famolaro as its new director of agency API sales for Australia and New Zealand. Previously she was head of demand for AOL Platforms ANZ. Famolaro moved over to AOL from Adap.tv, after AOL acquired the business in 2013. General manager ANZ at The Trade Desk, Mitch Waters, who joined the firm 11 months ago, also previously worked at Adap.tv and AOL. The Trade Desk, which arrived Down Under in 2014, represents media buyers only, which it says empowers agencies to design and implement their own APIs.
