Heineken joins chatbot party

Heineken has joined the chatbot party by launching the Heineken Chatbot on Facebook Messenger. The new move gives it another platform to get consumers to engage into the world of Formula 1. It is part of its through-the-line Formula 1‘More Than A Race’ campaign, developed to open up the lifestyle of Formula 1. The brand follows the likes of Boost and Aperol which have also ventured into chatbots. The Heineken Chatbot provides quick-witted consumers with the chance to prove their chat is worthy of winning a VIP Heineken Saturday experience at the Formula 1 2018 Rolex Australian Grand Prix. Running across varying stages, users will be introduced to the Heineken Saturday Doorman, The Stylist and Formula 1 legend David Coulthard. Consumers will have to talk their way past the doorman to win prizes and former Miss World Australia will pose questions about personal style. G-Star RAW and GQ prizes are up for grabs.
