Working with creative shop Whybin\TBWA Sydney, Australian retailer David Jones has released its new spring/summer 2016 collection spot – complete with a new campaign line - 'One name: endless possibilities'.

The 90-second film was shot solely on an iPhone and was directed by director, cinematographer and executive producer Stash Slionski, of Mobile Motion.

Filmed in New York it features David Jones Ambassador Jessica Gomes, model Elsa Hosk and Montana Cox.

The models talk about their personal affinity with the city as they show off new season designs on its street scapes.

David Jones GM marketing and communications Michiel Tops says the film aims to bring to life the "pulsing energy" of New York.

“Our new brand promise, ‘One Name: Endless Possibilities’ exemplifies David Jones as a brand, and what we offer to our customer,” says Tops.

“There is only one name synonymous with bringing the finest of the world to Australia - that is David Jones, offering endless possibilities for quality, service and style. New York, as a fashion capital of the world, was the perfect backdrop to celebrate our Australian and international Spring Summer 2016 collection.”

It follows David Jones' “It's In You' campaign launched last year starring a raft of well-known Australians including retired AFL player Adam Goodes.
