HCF CMO Jenny Williams resigns

HCF chief marketing officer Jenny Williams has left the business after two years. Williams, who has more than two decades of experience in client side, digital and ad agencies, was hired in March 2015 to spearhead the Australian health insurance company's digital transformation. She was accountable for all marketing functions within Australia's largest not for profit health fund and oversaw all marketing disciplines including strategy, branding, advertising, sponsorship, media, digital, direct, social and insights across all segments. Top ANZ Bank marketer Louise Eyres exits

Group GM of marketing at ANZ, Louise Eyres, has exited the bank. Eyres has stepped down from her role after 15 years at ANZ. She joined as a brand manager in 2002 progressing to lead group marketing. During her time at the bank, Eyers, who is also on the board of the Australian Association of National Advertisers, has worked under three different group CEOs, each with a distinct strategy. Current CEO Shayne Elliott took over the post in January 2016. Read more here.

Yahoo7 appoints ex-MediaCom MD as head of brand

Former MediaCom Melbourne MD Anny Havercroft has joined Yahoo7 as head of brand. Yahoo7 says Havercroft's role involves helping the digital media business establish a market leadership position, oversee operations of commercial content integration and drive “strategic, innovative thinking and solutions” for Yahoo7’s client and agency partners. Yahoo7 has also hired Mary Evans as group sales manager in the agency sales team. Evans will lead a team responsible for a group of key agency partners for the business in NSW and joins after a five-year stint at travel deal provider, Travelzoo. Find out more here.

Richardson joins m2m Sydney as strategy lead

Sean Richardson has joined Omnicom media agency m2m as its Sydney head of strategy. Richardson joins from Bohemia, where he has been strategy director for 15 months, and brings extensive experience across multiple categories and clients, including Vodafone, Lion, Nestle, 20th Century Fox and Kia. P&O Cruises top marketer exits

P&O Cruises top marketer Simon Cheng is exiting the travel company after nine years, AdNews can reveal. Cheng, who is vice president of sales, marketing and PR, for P&O Cruises, part of Carnival, is taking on a new role as CMO of health food retailer Healthy Life. He also previously worked at Qantas Holidays and agency side at McCann Erickson. The brand has 60 stores around Australia and retails natural and organic foods, as well as health and wellness products. During his tenure P&O introduced the 'Like No Place On Earth’ brand platform. Nine snares AOL's Grant Bingham to head programmatic

Nine has hired AOL's Grant Bingham to lead its digital programmatic sales offering in a move that completes senior appointments to the publisher’s digital leadership team. The move also follows the exit of MD of AOL Australia and New Zealand, Mitch Waters, who left the business in February for a role at demand-side platform The Trade Desk, as revealed by AdNews. Bingham, who was previously head of publisher services at AOL, will head up Nine Digital’s trading desk and continue to evolve the publisher’s programmatic offering to agencies and clients.
