MasterChef has taken out the top spot in all key demographics overnight, drawing in an audience of 876,000 viewers.

Finals week continued to prove a strong point for the show and Ten, which for the second night in a row, defeated both Seven and Nine's primetime programs.

Nine's Australian Ninja Warrior slipped to third place overnight, beaten by both MasterChef and Seven's House Rules, with the latter drawing in an audience of 824,000.

Last night's episode saw the show slip below 800,000 viewers and into third place behind MasterChef and House Rules.

In the daily overnight main channel share battle, Seven eeked out Nine by 0.1% to win the night, taking a 20.1% main channel share, compared to Nine's 20% slice.

Despite winning in the primetime slot for the second night in a row, Ten was unable to compete with it's rivals for overnight supremacy, coming in with a 14.5% main channel share, down 2% from Monday night.

As MasterChef draws to a close, all eye's will be on Ten's The Bachelor, which announced its premiere date and sponsors earlier this week, which included Hair care brand Tresemmé, Tradie underwear, a brand which already touts this year's Bachelor Nick Cummins as its main ambassador, Blistex and baby formula Aspen S26.

Ten will also be banking on the success of its 'pilot week' strategy, which was previously slammed for its all-male line-up.

The network defended the move, labelling the backlash around its lack of female presence "disappointing" and "unfortunate", but says it hasn't impacted advertiser interest.
