This week’s guest is Sherilyn Shackell, founder of the Marketing Academy and CEO of the Marketing Hall of Legends. Sherilyn says that more marketers will become CEOs in the future as companies become more customer-centric. She also describes how the role of marketing is developing to include customer service, innovation and product development. Sherilyn believes marketers should aim high.
