M&C Saatchi has appointed Nathalie Brady as general manager of its Sydney office.

Brady was previously group development director at the agency and has been at the Sydney shop since 2000. She took on the newly created role several weeks ago.

M&C Saatchi CEO Jaimes Leggett said the recent growth of the agency necessitatedfor the new role.

“Nat has been brilliant at everything she has taken on board over nearly a decade and a half with our business and has long been an indispensable member of our leadership group," he said.

“We are thrilled she has agreed to bring her almost uncanny understanding of our people and processes to this crucial role. Nat is a gem, we’re lucky to have her.”

Leggett added she has been “instrumental” in a number of account wins, including CommBank and David Jones.
