Leo Burnett Melbourne has been appointed as the integrated creative agency for iSelect, following a competitive Pitch.

iSelect previously worked with CHE Proximity for digital and AJF Partnership on creative, the latter having declined to participate in the pitch.

In partnership with iSelect's in-house marketing team, Leo Burnett will lead a creative and integrated strategy with the aim of boosting the brand’s position in the comparison service sector.

Its remit will include all marketing strategy and delivering, including above-the-line, digital and one-to-one advertising.

iSelect interim marketing director Natalie Ellisdon said the brand will support its strategic agenda of broadening its consumer proposition and loyalty.

“Throughout the pitch process, we were increasingly impressed with Leo Burnett’s strategic insights and strong through-the-line capabilities. Most importantly, their team demonstrated a strong fit and alignment with the iSelect team and I know both groups are greatly looking forward to working together on our exciting brand,” said Ellisdon said.

The appointment is effective immediately.

iSelect appointed Maxus as its media agency in December last year, with incumbent M2M declining to participate.
