Property and construction giant Lendlease is trialling a transparent LED mesh screen at a Sydney shopping centre with plans to roll out the new technology across the nation.
The screen was developed in partnership with Techfront Australia, which procured and installed the new display.
The trial makes it the largest retail transparent LED mesh in Australia and the only shopping centre in the nation to offer the product as a marketing channel for retailers and brands.
The new display, which is 85% transparent, uses less energy than projection and LCD screens.
Techfront Australia CEO Neil Maxwell said the business is excited to offer new ways to reach consumers.

technologies,” Maxwell said.
“Techfront pioneers end-to-end integrated solutions, and the transparent LED mesh is an example of how we can customise an innovative screen for any space.”
