It’s nearly four years since I started at Outbrain Australia. [Steiner has been in his new role of managing director for two months.]

We bring the best stories/videos to the right audiences.

In one sentence, what does your role involve?

Leading a team that can go the distance by embracing the speed of change.

Within the last six months/year, what stands out as the company’s major milestones?

Partnering with amazing publishers, brands and agencies on a long-term basis.

Best thing about the industry you work in:

The music never stops - the only thing that’s constant is change.

Previous industry related companies you have worked at:

Outbrain is my first jump into digital - even after three and half years, every day is a school day.

Career-wise, where do you see yourself in three years time?

At Outbrain of course - the road is long and there is so much to do.

Tell us one thing people at work don’t know about you?

I don’t eat lunch.
