This week we head to Melbourne to meet Anny Havercroft, managing director at MediaCom Melbourne.

Five months in the role, and eight years at the company.

In one sentence, how would you describe what the company does?

As 'The Content + Connections Agency' we leverage paid, owned, earned media to connect our clients’ brands with consumers.

In one sentence, what does your role involve?

Creating an environment where talented people deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients.

Within the last six months/year, what stands out as the company’s major milestones?

Locally, we ran our second annual “Next Year Now” client showcase in October. It was a poignant moment for me as it brought the whole team together to highlight the great results we have been delivering for our clients, the progressive thinking of our product, as well as setting a clear vision of 2016 for our agency.

Nationally, the appointment of new senior leadership last year, specifically Sean Seamer (CEO) and Willie Pang (chief digital officer) were major milestones. Their respective experience and energy heralded freshness and focus for our business.

Leading a dynamic business with a focus on innovation and technology.
