Lsst week we spke with Dentsu Mitchell group client service director Sylvia Pickering, this week we meet Georgie Charlish, managing director at advertising platform Adstream.

New to the role as MD, been with Adstream 10 years

In one sentence, how would you describe what the company does?
We help marketers and agencies distribute and manage their advertising campaigns quickly and efficiently through innovative tech

In one sentence, what does your role involve?
Running the business, looking after our people, customers and being a good listener

Within the last six months/year, what stands out as the company’s major milestones?

Expanding the business through strategic acquisition and building on our product offerings to further help customers manage their advertising campaigns.

We’ve had several new products specifically designed to help marketers and advertising agencies get to market quicker, with increased control and collaboration. I’m excited to be rolling out these important products over the coming year.

Best thing about the industry you work in:
The people: their energy, passion for advertising and drive to constantly push boundaries continues to inspire me.

Career-wise, where do you see yourself in three years?
In three years time I still see myself leading the Adstream business and supporting our people through innovation and technology. Our focus has been, and always will be, to serve the best interest of our clients.

I’m a qualified tap dancer and piano teacher
