Partnership automation company Impact has added several new clients to its business globally including Canva and Booktopia in the Australia and New Zealand market.

The company has added more than 350 new clients in 2019 which is an increase of more than 50% over last year.

Earlier in the year, it also raised $US75 million ($A104 million) in a funding round led by Providence Strategic Growth, the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners.

Impact global CEO David A. Yovanno says it has been "breakout" year for the company.

“People today are seeking advice and recommendations from other people and businesses they trust, not salespeople or advertising to whom they’ve become numb," Yovanno says.

"Partnerships bring a unique, authentic fit that is proven to resonate with consumers. We’re excited, and look forward to guiding and automating more partnerships for our customers to drive transformational growth for their businesses in 2020.”

The company has also signed other new clients including Decathlon China, Walmart, Virgin Experience Days, Revolut and Smile Direct.
