Ice Bucket: Tourism Australia takes the plunge ... but are the Kiwis running scared?

By AdNews | 8 September 2014

This may just be the most picture perfect ice bucket challenge yet.

Featuring Australian fauna and the backdrop that makes Sydney famous, Tourism Australia has stepped up to take the ice bucket challenge in the most picturesque way possible.

Managing director of Tourism Australia, John O'Sullivan, has taken the challenge after Tourism Australian was nominated by The Canadian Tourism Commission.

The Canadians also nominated VisitBritain and Tourism NZ. VisitBritain has taken the plunge. But it's a bit quiet on the Kiwi front...

O'Sullivan was iced on behalf of the whole team and as per the rules he has nominated three people, Sandra Chipchase, CEO of Destination NSW, Mark Hassell, chief customer officer of Virgin Australia and Simon McGrath, COO of Accor Hotels.
