Former head of digital at Maxus Australia, Tom Kelshaw went on to become director of technology at Maxus’ Innovation Centre in Singapore. Following a four-year stint in Asia, Kelshaw is now global director of innovation at Maxus in New York, working on ideas and campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands.

At Maxus, he advises on practical applications of creativity and technology to solve business and communications challenges, and directs partnerships with innovative start-ups, universities and creators.

At the Media + Marketing Summit, Tom will deliver an exclusive presentation titled “In an age of uncertainty, how should the advertising industry innovate?”. Innovation, he argues, has become mandatory, but how should it be done properly?

He will also explore the idea of ‘open innovation’ – how to bring collaborators into your world and projects; not just those who sit in your office, and discuss how AI will free up our time to get more creative. Bubble burst? It will be.
