Hardhat Digital drinks to Beveridge's appointment

Melbourne agency Hardhat Digital has added a heavy hitter from tech company Oracle to its team.

Tim Beveridge has spent the past seven years as director of strategic services for the Asia Pacific region at Oracle, formerly Responsys.

Prior to that he was the digital planner at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne and he has previously held the roles of Melbourne manager at The White Agency, and account director and then managing partner at Tribal DDB.

Beveridge joins the agency as a director.

Justin Kabbani, managing director of Hardhat Digital, said: “There are less than a handful of guys in the country with the experience, intellect and vision that Tim's got. Bringing him on board is a huge coup for the agency and will massively benefit our clients and team.”

Beveridge added: “The relationships between clients and agencies, and the way agencies deliver value back to clients is undergoing massive shifts. It means that agencies can't continue to work the way they have before. The need to innovate or die.

“Hardhat is in a perfect position to move quickly to find the new agency model and develop new and better ways of working with their client partners. It's a pleasure to be on board for that journey.”

Hardhat Digital now has a team of 25.
