Grey Sydney is accelerating with Volvo Car Australia, taking over from Arnold Furnace as the motor brand's agency of record for brand and tactical communications.

Grey has been appointed following a global realignment of Volvo's agency roster.

Oliver Peagam, marketing and communications director at Volvo Car Australia, said: “Arnold Furnace have been great partners in our business, helping to drive the success of our brand in this very exciting time. It's unfortunate to be parting ways but I'm equally excited about the next chapter with Grey.”

Paul Worboys, COO at Grey Group Australia, added: “We are extremely proud to be able to help take Volvo to the next level. It's exciting to be aligned with such an innovative company.”

And Anthony Gregorio, CEO of Havas Worldwide Australia Group, which owns Arnold Furnace, said: “It's part of life in this business that sometimes you win from international alignments and sometimes you lose. We have enjoyed working with the team at Volvo and been proud of the campaigns we have produced for them.”
