Google announces new director of agency for ANZ

Google has brought onboard a new director of agency for Australia and New Zealand.

Tech sector veteran Kevin Ackhurst will take over from Lisa Bora in January, having been with Google for two years.

He currently serves as managing director of Google for Work APAC, focusing on the company's products enabling collaboration and innovation for companies.

Previously Ackhurst was vice president, sales and marketing for Microsoft in APAC and vice president, Asia, at Juniper Networks, working in both New Zealand and Singapore.

Ackhurst's new role will see him play a collaborative role, building relationships and partnering with agencies.
