EXCLUSIVE: Foxtel has appointed Amnesia Razorfish as its lead digital agency.

The pay TV operator appointed Amensia following a pitch involving The White Agency and Clemenger BBDO, which handles creative. Soap Creative has worked with Foxtel on a project basis in the past and is a long standing partner.

Amnesia will handle strategy, technology, social media and analytics. Digital planning and buying will go through ZenithOptimedia's Performics. Amnesia and ZenithOptimedia are both owned by Publicis Groupe.

The appointment is the latest in a series of major changes at Foxtel following the appointment of Paul Heath as marketing director.

Two months after Heath's appointment, the company parted company with creative agency Three Drunk Monkeys. They were replaced by Clemenger on the $43 million account.
