Last year's Media Summit saw an explosive debate around the state of TV in the Screen wars session. Rebekah Horne, then chief digital officer at Ten, boldly claimed linear television was more than a dying concept – it was dead.

A year is a long time in TV and digital, so expect more this year.

This year the session The Collision of Digital and TV will explore the video ecosystem.. Expect some pithy punch ups.

Speakers on the panel in 2016 include: Nine’s new commercial boss Michael Stephensen, Ten’s Melbourne GM and Gruen regular Russel Howcroft AOL’s Mitch Waters, MCN’s Suzie Cardwell and Facebook’s Ellie Rogers.
