Porsche Cars Australia has reappointed DDB Melbourne as its creative agency of record following a competitive pitch.

DDB Melbourne will continue to lead the creative direction to position Porsche in Australia as the premier manufacturer of exclusive sports cars.

“We’re proud of the last four years of work we’ve produced on Porsche and are extremely optimistic about what the next four have in store for us as we continue to grow the brand in Australia," says Kate Sterling, DDB Melbourne managing director.

The agency first won the account in 2015 up against incumbent of the time The Ross Partnership.

Toni Andreevski, Porsche Cars Australia director marketing and motorsport, says DDB’s strong understanding of how emotion drives growth is fundamental to Porsche’s ongoing success in Australia.

“We are delighted to be partnering again with DDB Melbourne as we look to engage the next generation of Porsche owners and continue to push the boundaries,” Andreevski said.

“It’s a very exciting time of growth for Porsche and we need a strong, innovative creative partner to help us continue to deliver results and underscore Australia’s respect and love of Porsches. The team at DDB Melbourne, led by Kate Sterling and Anthony Moss, are a brilliant fit for our business and bring a strong understanding of the Porsche brand.”
