Full-service agency Cummins&Partners is tipped to add a another client to its books in Sydney, with Masters the hardware arm of retail giant Woolworths, expected to cement a deal with the creative shop imminently, AdNews understands.

The business named Match Media as its media agency last year, with the businesses previously handling a large part of its creative work in-house.

AdNews understands that Masters was talking to several agencies about the business.

Masters was unable to confirm the appointment but a spokesperson said it had been talking to agencies.

According to Nielsen, Masters reported a $22 million estimated media spend in the 2014/2015 financial year.

It would be the second large client win for Cummins in Sydney, with the agency launching its Sydney shop off the back off inking a deal with Vodafone in November last year.

All agencies contacted declined to comment.
