Paul Clode rode his way back to the front of the the pack this week in the AdNews Bike Club, clocking up 223.3 kilometres in a week where wild weather kept many riders indoors.

The South Australian also captured the King of the Mountain prize as he pedalled his way up hills totalling almost 5 kilometres.

Runner up was Wilf Sweetland from Victoria who managed an admirable 150.1 kilometres over four rides, exactly 20 kilometres ahead of Brad Hammaford from Sydney.

The top woman was Catherine Healy who clocked up a leisurely 24.5 kilometres.

Speed demon was Nick Hinsley who managed to hit an average 33.6 km/h on his ride of 58.4 kilometres.

Don't forget to keep peddling and logging your hours with Strava to be in the running for some fantastic prizes with the first monthly prize-winner to be announced next week.
