Clemenger has shaken up its senior management team with Wellington managing director Andrew Holt switching to Sydney and Assignment Group's Livia Esterhazy filling his boots.

Clemenger Group New Zealand chief executive Jim Moser said: “Livia has been a formidable competitor in Wellington, so it’s brilliant that she is joining. Andrew has done a fantastic job, so in replacing him we needed to find someone outstanding, which we have in Livia Esterhazy”.

Meanwhile Sean Keaney has been promoted internally to general manager of the Wellington office.

Clemenger Group executive chairman Robert Morgan said it was a boon to fill the Sydney role from within the group and that leadership firepower in Wellington has been beefed up with Esterhazy and Keaney.
