After a year away, Citroen is back in the Vizeum Sydney stable, with the agency picking up the media account for the French car manufacturer.

The Dentsu Aegis agency announced the win this morning, picking up the DS account as well.

The remit is for all strategy and planning across the accounts, and the Citroen and DS brands add to its Peugeot account.

While Citroen said the account was primarily awarded for Vizeum's strategic thinking and knowledge of the Citroen business, it said that it also had the scale and buying power of being part of the Dentsu Aegis network in mind.

Managing director of Vizeum Sydney, Nick Behr, said it was great to have Citroen back in the garage.

"This is testament to the quality of work, dedication to innovation and media specialism we currently provide Peugeot on a daily basis," he said.
