Independent agency Atomic 212 has been appointed by international movie distributor eOne – formally Hopscotch- to handle its offline and digital media buying, following a competitive pitch.

Under the arrangement, which is effective immediately, Atomic 212 will work in conjuncation with eOne strategic partner, Bray Media International.

Speaking to the win, Atomic 212 chairman Barry O'Brien said: “The pitch process across six agencies over three months focused on many aspects including thinking, data proposition, culture and understanding of eOne products and business”.

It is thought that the six agencies involved in the pitch included incumbent agency Mitchells, Match Media, Bohemia, Mediavest and Sandbox, along with Atomic 212.
