AnalogFolk has been appointed to the Canon digital account after a competitive pitch, AdNews understands.

The agency is understood to have beaten out Isobar and Holler for the work, which will see the agency work with the photography powerhouse across digital marking, web development, digital campaigns and mobile.

This win finishes a strong year for AnalogFolk with the agency taking the accounts recently for Absolut Vodka and A2 Milk.

Canon would not make comment at the time of publication, however a statement from the business is understood to be imminent.

Update

Canon has confirmed AnalogFolks appointment. See the full statement below.

"Following a three-way pitch, Canon Oceania has appointed AnalogFolk as the company’s full-service digital agency, spanning the Consumer Imaging, Business Imaging and Corporate divisions in Australia and New Zealand. Contracts are currently being finalised."
