ADNEWS TV: Product placement and vibrating clothes had mLab buzzing

By AdNews | 28 August 2013

On the third day of mLab, Australian marketers got another taste of the possibilities new technologies can afford them. One, from Tiger Airways, said it was "anti-powerpoint".

Top marketers were impressed by the customisation, targeting and choices now available through technology such as Seven's digital product placement platform MirriAd, which will allow brands to insert their wares into a TV program after shooting. It can do different ads for different regions too.

Technology company Snepo, the under-the-radar technology partner behind Fundawear was also the buzz on everyone's lips with its navigate jacket and use of oculars goggles.
