ADNEWS TV: Advertising volumes boom despite January downturn, says Adstream

Something very strange is underway in adland. Media companies were stunned by a downturn in the ad market in January but the actual number of TV, print, cinema and radio executions took off with double-digit increases last month, according to Adstream MD, Peter Miller. What's going on?
