In this month's AdNews podcast, the team got together to discuss some of the biggest issues, news and updates from around adland, including KPMG, M&C Saatchi, Foxtel and Ten's Pilot Week.

Editor Pippa Chambers, digital editor Lindsay Bennett and journalist Josh McDonnell weighed on the news that Ex-Droga5 CEO Sudeep Gohil is returning to Australia for a KPMG role.

The team also discussed news that M&C Saatchi had acquired its own production agency and what impact this would have on the industry and the full-service offering.

Turning their attention to TV, the newsdesk got stuck into Foxtel and its recent announcement that it would be introducing a dedicated 4K channel, while also addressing the rumours that the pay-TV provider would be splitting out its streaming service.

Ten's Pilot Week also went under the microscope, as the team explored the strategy and critiqued the content.

Bennett was then joined by VML MD and ECD Aden Hepburn who popped in to talk all things creative, as well as weigh on some of the other big news items from the week.
