The role is to work on Relationship Marketing and Customer Engagement Campaigns for the client. The SAM will work alongside the client and key strategic agencies in feeding into contact strategy and the Agency independently manage the execution of data, multi-channel campaign fulfillment and analytics for all campaigns.
You will need to develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the data within the database for basic data analytics as well as data planning, channel optimisation and data enrichment opportunities.

The Role
- Largely data driven role on key piece of business
- Responsible for day to day management and fulfillment of online and offline event and trigger based marketing activities
- Managing the production of all campaign and regular client reporting
- Coordinating ongoing account financial processes, including estimating, invoicing, forecasting for clients and internal purposes.
- Work with the team on developing and establishing communication plans and contact strategies
- Management of digital campaigns across the brand
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client's overall marketing objectives
Experience Needed
- At least 3 years successful track record in a Client Service capacity
- Minimum 1 + years Data management experience with the ability to translate data into insights to inform ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Minimum 1 + years Digital marketing experience
- Well developed analytical skills and a passion for results and numbers.
- Extensive knowledge of web technology and database marketing
- Previous relevant relationship marketing (online and/or offline)
