Reputable advertising agency is looking for a Studio Manager to head up a medium sized team.

Overall Job Function/Role:

Responsible for the allocation and management of work and resources in the Agency studio. Direct line management of the studio team staff, ensuring that they operate as a cohesive and efficient team. Key liaison with Producers, Account Management, Creative and Finance to ensure that all work is produced on time, to budget, with the highest quality control and to an excellent standard.

Top 10 Responsibilities

1. Deliver & meet all deadlines for Studio artwork campaigns

2. Manage the team of Studio Mac Artists to ensure quality output and a positive team environment

3. Maintain profitability on each Artwork and Design job by accurate cost tracking and capture of client authors changes (alongside minimising internal authors)

4. Circulate artwork for approval between Creative & Account Service – adhere to the Dynamic approval process – more collaboration and less linear sign offs

5. Communicate all delays to the Agency – including peak time bottlenecks

6. Arrange resources and hire freelancers as required to cope with Agency workload

7. Conduct quality checks on work and vet briefs to ensure they are concise and clear

8. Build strong relationships with Creative personnel to ensure easy access to studio

9. Attend weekly WIP for studio resource requirements and follow up on committed work from Account teams to ensure workload is smooth

10. Liase directly with CD to manage credentials, Reels, Awards etc
