The SAM role reports into the AD and has an AE.

The agency has a platform which provides real time integration with clients point of sale and marketing systems. They communicate with rewards members in real time taking a multi-channel approach for more targeted and relevant marketing. After purchase they have the ability within seconds to send back a relevant offer either via the POS receipt, SMS or email.  They send highly relevant triggered and events edms/sms or facebook message to members.

The Role

• You will be required to run the day to day contact with the client,responding to briefs and managing jobs
• Propose strategy and tactics
• Manage the internal departments within the agency including IT, data, and creative to deliver state of the art one to one retention campaigns
• Up to $75,000 plus Super

Experience Needed

• Strong stakeholder management is essential to the success of this role
• At least 4 years loyalty marketing/experience in retail sector retention campaigns, some must be agency side
• Experience in data and digital marketing with a really good knowledge of web based loyalty sites
• Experience in working in a team environment, managing client business
