TALENTPAY is looking for a Producer / Job Manager to join their team in Ultimo, Sydney.

TalentPay manages employment compliance for Performers in the Advertising and Entertainment Industry. For this role you need industry knowledge and be familiar with; the Casting process, Talent Contracting, Welfare requirements and Production / shoot process in order to meet TalentPay’s employer obligations for Performers.

As a snapshot the job entails;
* Liaising with Advertising Agencies, Advertisers, Production Companies, Casting & Talent Agents.
* Check Deal Memo’s, prep and exchange Talent Contracts.
* Ensure OHS Documentation is managed appropriately for shoots.
* Job cost control on each job ensuring prompt reconciliation.
* Keeping abreast of industry guidelines, legislations & compliance.
* Capable of handling multiple jobs at once, meeting the quick turn-around on all jobs.
* Attention to detail is paramount!

Salary is $60k inclusive of Super, but remunerated commensurate with industry experience.
